Provide customer service, administrative, and sales support to VP of Sales and Sales Team.


  • Assistant to VP of Sales – keep him on track
  • Sales support for VP of Sales and Sales Team – assist daily as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete information in HubSpot
  • Assist with incoming customer calls by providing quotations, placing orders, answering customer questions, fielding technical support inquiries, etc.
  • Manage order process
  • Tracking and logistics
  • Customer service – Develop a positive rapport with customers (both internal and external)
  • Payments/paperwork
  • Follow up on aging
  • Manage MS account logistics
  • Backup on website chat & main phone line
  • Manage incoming leads
  • Follow up with reps on lead status
  • Handle multiple priorities, often conflicting
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience administrative support
  • 1 year experience in support of sales team
  • 1 year experience in support of sales executive
