• ALL shipping charges are customers responsibility (unless Free Shipping is offered), and nothing is shipped until payment in full is received.

• For Canadian buyers, we will ship only if you provide a FEDEX or UPS account and all charges are billed to you directly.


• For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, please email zip code and we will provide shipping quote, those rates are higher than published shipping rate.


• We do not ship via USPS (United States Postal Service)


• We WILL ship on a customers FEDEX, UPS or DHL account with proper verification.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all of the equipment we sell has been tested and is guaranteed with a DOA warranty. That means that it will be in working condition when you receive it. We do offer extended warranty or service agreements, call (952) 943-0900 for details.

Our warranty does not cover items that have been tampered with or altered in any way including shipping damage occurring in transit back to our facility. All returns are subject to prior approval. Restocking fees may be requested. Please call to discuss further (952) 943-0900.
